Phone or in-home conversation about scope, timeline, and budget. Free site visit booked, usually within 48 hours.
Detailed survey, layout exploration, material selection. Some services include 3D visualisation (notably garden design and full villa renovations).
Fixed-price, fully itemised quote — every line clear. We agree scope, schedule, payment milestones and any client-supplied items.
In-house team executes. Daily WhatsApp photo updates, weekly walk-throughs, single point of contact. Schedule tracked daily.
Joint walkthrough, snagging resolved, warranty documents issued. Aftercare contact remains open for the duration of the workmanship guarantee.
Where a project needs building management, community, landlord or Dubai Municipality approvals, we flag the requirement during the survey and document the responsibility before work starts.
