All roles are direct employment with Sumon Hafizul Technical Services LLC (trading as "City Renovations"). UAE residency or eligible-to-relocate candidates considered. Open roles change with the project pipeline — if your trade is not listed, you can still send a general application with your CV, current location and recent project experience.
Run multi-trade villa renovations end to end. Schedule, budget, daily client comms.
On-site lead across renovation, painting, landscaping or civil works projects.
Decorative finishes, exterior coating, surface prep, snagging discipline.
Pipe installation, bathroom/kitchen plumbing rough-ins and water-heater systems — as part of larger renovation and civil works packages.
Marble, large-format porcelain, mosaics, book-matched panels. Wet-area waterproofing aware.
Lead garden builds — softscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, lighting installs.

Properly licensed, fully on the books, gratuity and benefits per UAE labour law.
End-of-month, every month, with itemised payslips. Overtime tracked and paid transparently.
Company-supplied PPE, modern power tools, vans, and waterproofing/coating materials.
