If you already have an interior designer or architect, we build to their drawings cleanly; if you don't, we guide the decisions that matter and keep the rest refreshingly simple.

Yes. Structural work, extensions, and changes to load-bearing or façade elements require Dubai Municipality approval and NOCs — and the relevant local authority for projects outside Dubai. We prepare the drawings, submit the applications, and track them through to issue — included in the quote at no extra cost.
Plumbing scope — fixtures, rough-ins, water heater swaps, pressure adjustments, full re-pipes — is delivered as part of larger renovation or civil-works packages. Bathroom and kitchen plumbing is bundled into the renovation; whole-house re-pipes and new lines sit under Civil Works. We don't take on standalone emergency call-outs.
