Roof & Terrace Waterproofing
Roofs and podium decks take the worst of the UAE — soaring summer slab temperatures, then heavy winter rain. Standard membranes shrink, crack and lift within a few years, and leaks almost always start at the edges, drain outlets and pipe penetrations. We strip the failed system, correct the falls, then seal in proper layers with reinforced detailing at every junction. A cool-roof topcoat is optional and doubles as the waterproof top layer.

Bathroom & Wet-Area Tanking
A bathroom only stays dry when the seal sits behind the tile, on the surface beneath. We lift the tile, prep the substrate, then tank the floor and walls with a flexible cementitious or liquid membrane and reinforced corners — the way the system is meant to be used. Every wet area is flood-tested with photo proof before retiling, so the ceiling below stays dry for good. Tank rooms and plant areas are tanked to the same standard.

Balcony & External Wall Waterproofing
Balconies, terraces and external walls need a tough, trafficable system that flexes with the building and stands up to sun, salt and foot traffic. We seal exposed decks with an anti-slip finish, protect external walls and parapets against driving rain, and treat damp, rising damp and pool surrounds at the source — not by painting over the problem. Coastal homes get systems chosen for salt and humidity.

Surface Preparation & Repair
Every waterproofing and paint system is only as good as the surface beneath it. We diagnose why a wall is failing — damp, AC condensation, salt or poor priming — then fix the cause: crack repair with the right flexible filler, efflorescence and salt treatment, biocidal mould removal, skim-coat re-plastering and the correct primer. Active mould and live salt are dealt with before anything goes over them, never painted over. Prep-only jobs are welcome.
