# Our Project Process

Every project follows a clear path: site visit, survey, scope, itemised quote, scheduled build, daily WhatsApp updates, snagging and written handover. The details change by service, but the accountability stays with one in-house team.

Five Phases

## The same backbone on every project.

Day 0

Understand

Phone or in-home conversation about scope, timeline, and budget. Free site visit booked, usually within 48 hours.

Week 1

Design / Survey

Detailed survey, layout exploration, material selection. Some services include 3D visualisation (notably garden design and full villa renovations).

Week 1–2

Quote

Fixed-price, fully itemised quote — every line clear. We agree scope, schedule, payment milestones and any client-supplied items.

4

Build

Build

In-house team executes. Daily WhatsApp photo updates, weekly walk-throughs, single point of contact. Schedule tracked daily.

5

Handover

Snag & Hand Over

Joint walkthrough, snagging resolved, warranty documents issued. Aftercare contact remains open for the duration of the workmanship guarantee.

Where a project needs building management, community, landlord or Dubai Municipality approvals, we flag the requirement during the survey and document the responsibility before work starts.
